No, but you will probably be shown the semi-supine (lying with head supported) during your first lesson and asked to do this daily. Q. Can anyone do it? A. Yes. The Alexander Technique can improve management of stress and pain, and provide coping skills for chronic illness and disabilities. Q. How many lessons will I need? A. This varies from person to person but a course of 20 to 30 lessons is recommended to provide a good foundation. |
